1. Personal information Collection

Personal information is gathered as part of the registration process at www.essexmart.co.uk. The required information is limited to First Name, Second Name and email address.

Additional information including address and telephone number would be useful for supporting our users but not essential. With regard to payment methods, the only information required is method of payment i.e. credit card, paypal or email invoice.

No credit card or financial information is neither collected  nor stored on the site. Any financial transactions between the Essexmart billing service and registered users are carried out via the Paypal merchant services server.

2. Personal information distribution

None of the information gathered at www.essexmart.co.uk is divulged, sent or made available to any third party, supplier or contractor by any means whatsoever.

Under certain special circumstances information held may be passed on to a third party when the law requires it or we are requested to do so by the police.
